Collaboration Without Disrupting Existing Care

A referral to Canvi does not automatically transfer the patient’s complete care.

We can provide a focused treatment or evaluation while the patient continues working with your practice. With appropriate authorization, we coordinate responsibilities, communicate clinically relevant information and support a clear plan for follow-up care.

Our role is to expand the options available to you—not replace your role in the patient’s treatment.

Has not improved adequately with their current treatment
Is experiencing significant medication side effects
May benefit from TMS, Spravato or ketamine-based treatment
Needs psychiatric support beyond your practice’s scope
