As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe counseling should be a space where you feel heard, understood, safe, and accepted for who you are. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, and I strive to meet each client where they are while helping them better understand themselves and move toward the life they want.

I’m especially passionate about helping young adults and older individuals navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges with self-worth and self-compassion. I believe that our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences all make sense within the context of our lives, and I enjoy helping clients explore those patterns without judgment.

I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with mindfulness, self-compassion, and Polyvagal-informed approaches. These perspectives allow me to help clients build psychological flexibility, connect with their values, better understand their nervous system, and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult thoughts and emotions.

Above all, I want counseling to be a place where you can be genuinely yourself. My goal is not to tell you who you should be, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, identify what matters most to you, and feel more equipped to live in alignment with it.
